Q: Do you accept cash?
A: All orders must be prepaid online to guarantee your cookies. (This keeps things fast + fresh for everyone!)

2. Pickup & Delivery

Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes! We deliver within 10 miles of North Charleston for a flat $4.99.

Q: Can I pick up instead?
A: Absolutely! Free pickup is available daily between 5–6 PM at a central North Charleston location. Exact pickup spot will be shared after your order is confirmed.

Q: What if I’m outside the 10-mile radius?
A: Right now, we only serve North Charleston +10 miles. Join our email list to be the first to know when we expand!

3. Timing & Freshness

Q: When will I get my cookies?
A: Orders placed before 10 AM = delivered the same day between 2–5 PM. Orders placed after 10 AM = delivered the next day.

Q: How fresh are the cookies?
A: Every cookie is baked in small batches the same day you receive it.

4. Customization

Q: Can I choose specific flavors for the Mixed Box?
A: Mixed Boxes rotate weekly, but you can leave a note at checkout and we’ll do our best to include your favorites.

Q: Do you make custom orders for parties or events?

5. Storage & Shelf Life

Q: How long do the cookies last?
A: Best enjoyed fresh the same day! But they’ll stay delicious for 3–4 days at room temperature or up to 2 months in the freezer.

Q: How do I reheat them?
A: Pop them in the oven at 300°F for 3–4 minutes or microwave for 10–15 seconds for that gooey, fresh-baked feel.

Q: Do you ship cookies?
A: Yes! We ship nationwide with USPS Priority Mail (1–3 days). Every cookie is heat-sealed for freshness, carefully packed in a bakery box, and cushioned so it arrives just as delicious as when it left our oven. Cookies stay fresh for up to 7 days in the package, or you can freeze them for later. Orders will be shipped only on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure freshness.

Q: Do your cookies contain allergens?
A: Our cookies contain wheat, dairy, and eggs. Some flavors may contain nuts. Please check flavor details before ordering.
